A Jacksonville Native with a Passion for People
Joelle was born and raised in Jacksonville and has deep ties to the community. When she’s not working hard at Big Chief Tire, she enjoys spending time with her 15-year-old son, who keeps her busy, and indulging in her love for reading – especially when it comes to the magical world of Harry Potter. Her love for connecting with people is what drives her in her role at Big Chief Tire.
Joelle’s Journey to Big Chief Tire
Joelle came across an opportunity at Big Chief Tire when a friend, who knew Reed, our president, encouraged her to apply. Fortunately, it turned out to be the perfect fit.
With a background in customer service, Joelle found herself thriving in her role as a Service Advisor. She’s passionate about providing great service, and it shows in every interaction she has with customers.

One of Joelle’s favorite parts of her job is the opportunity to connect with customers on a personal level. She enjoys building relationships with regulars and learning about their lives, like when a customer came in recently to talk about their new car.

A Personal Goal to Give Back
Outside of work, Joelle’s main focus is ensuring that her son grows up to be a respectful and responsible individual. She’s proud of how he’s developing, and she’s committed to being a positive influence on his life.
Professionally, Joelle hopes to continue her career at Big Chief Tire for many years, eventually retiring from the company. She’s excited to see where her journey with Big Chief will take her.
