The service technician Red was very patient and took time to listen to my concerns about my tire issue. He test drove the car twice to make sure his feedback was aligned with my concern. After instructing me on what the issue was he went an extra step to write down on paper where I could to get the parts and the exact name of the part to ask for. This was extremely appreciated and I didn't like he was trying to [sell] me some unnecessary service. I will definitely be back for any future issues.

Been visiting the good folks at Big Chief for 35 years! They always take good care of me. My last visit to the Lem Turner location was no exception. I arrived later than expected for a tire rotation and balance but they managed to take care of me before they closed. I am grateful for their excellent service.

I received excellent customer service from Nate. He assisted me with purchasing new tires and the process with seamless. I now take my car here for regular oil changes. The staff is friendly (Mia & Josh) and I appreciate their attentiveness to keeping the service as speedy as possible. I especially love the online scheduling and the automated inspection report with pictures sent to my phone. I couldn’t be more pleased with Big Chief Tire on Phillips!
